It would be especially desirable, to families wanting to do their part for the environment, and purchasing a tent that has been made using recycled plastics, specifically 225 plastic bottles! A spacious, comfortable family tent, built with Vango's common three-zone design, offering a large canopy area, useful for storage or cooking. A main living area, with plenty of room for furniture or storage, and finally Vango's darkened'midnight' bedrooms, split into three separate sleeping areas, which can also be opened up with the removable toggled dividers. The Joro offers plenty of options to all campers, and is an easy tent to pitch and take down, with a suggested time of around 15 minutes; of course the first time will always take the longest so be sure to factor this in when going camping for the first time.

Part of Vango's'Earth Collection', made using 225 plastic bottles, this 70 Denier polyester flysheet, waterproofed up to 3000mm, finished in Vango's exciting Moroccan blue colour, is as a clear no-brainer when it comes to first-time campers. Best used during the warm summer months, when the weather is expected to be fair.

The Joro can hold up against some light rain, but may start to loose some patience if the weather turns rough. As this is a considered an entry level tent, you will find the fabric and waterproofing to be at their lowest, if you are wanting peace of mind, or plan on using the tent when the weather may be unpredictable, we would recommend spending a bit extra and going for a thicker fabric, and higher waterproofing to offer better protection. However, if you are wanting to try camping for the first time, but not wanting to break the bank, then the Joro is clearly an excellent choice, as it offers plenty of protection and comfort for those only wanting to camp during the summer, or perhaps only plan on using it a couple of times during the season.
