Heavy breathable poly/cotton, zip-in groundsheet, zip-up window blinds, roll up front wall, integral porch plus additional sun canopy. Zip in identical poles - no sortng which pole goes where. Sturdy construction means it doesn't need lots of guy ropes - less to trip over.

This is a really well made tent. We have used this for 5 brilliant holidays in France and in the garden in lock-down. You always get a bit of tent envy when you pitch this. This tent is in excellent condition considering it is just over 10 years old.

With two minor issues one of poles has some minor damage to a hole, but still works as it should. The other is one of the strap links is damaged, (could be easily mended) but you dont use this when you have the sun canopy up. And there is some staining on the outside canvas from bird poop and leaves, but we took it down last week and gave it a good scrub all over. Takes two adults about 30 mins to pitch. The bedrooms are in immaculate condition. I will include the outside mat in the sale, shown in the pictures. Comes with all metal pegs you need to pitch, a few are bent, FYI.
