Raclet Trailer Tent Large Awning

  
Up for sale is my Raclet Herald Trailer tent. It has two double bed berths in the main fold out trailer tent, a large 5 meter by 4 meter awning, and a pup tent which fits underneath one of the double bed platforms. The unit has a hard fibreglass cover which means it can be safely stowed outdoors. The main tent with beds folds out'pram hood style' so is extremely quick to set up if just for a quick stop. The main awning frame is colour coded to allow for easy fitting, and then the awning cover simply pulls over the top.

Once the awning is set up there is an alcove into which the portable gas hob/sink kitchen unit can be set up. The tent was bought for a tour of Europe, which never happened for various reasons so I have only used it once in a weeks'test trip' to Weymouth.

It was very comfortable to sleep in, and the awning has absolutely oodles of room as can be seen in the main picture. The tents two'bedrooms' are flyscreened, and there is a window in the corridor between the two. The steadies are more or less non weight bearing, and are just there to stop the middle trailer'rocking' on comparatively bouncy tyres. The scissor jack replacement works fine, but the original wind down steady is include if you wanted to get it welded up and refitted. The bedrooms are propped up by seperate fold down legs.

If you want to come and view the tent that's great, if my driveway(3 flat's) is clear of cars we can set up the main tent as that's a quick job, but the awning is too large to get out set up and show.
