The tent has a central steel-framed section with two sleeping area extensions to either side with inner sleeping pods fitted Front zip up door with two windows and includes the original sliding curtains. Rear small kitchen extension with window and fly screen.

A few minor issues (these dont really affect the integrity of the tent). One speeding pod has a broken elastic hanging loop and a missing corner attachment that connects to the outer wall. The outer wall is missing an elastic retainer on one corner as well as a missing a bottom fixing loop on one side, Two poles are missing the spring load retaining pins but replacements are readily available.

The flyscreen mesh in the rear window has a small tear. Includes tent pegs, guy ropes and a woven tent carpet/groundsheet which was not part of the original tent. See photos of general condition. One or two tiny pinholes in the roof and some minor staining. We never had any issues with leaks although it may benefit from a waterproof treatment given age.

We found the tent to be very sturdy and waterproof with good living space. My plan was to get a wood burner and fit a chimney flashing kit through the roof of the rear utility extension area but never got around to it. I have added as many pics as possible showing the tent condition, inside and out as well as in various stages of assembly. I have erected this single-handedly in about 15 mins. You will never camp under nylon again once you've experienced the benefits of canvas; cool in the heat, the cotton fibers expand in wet conditions to seal out rain naturally, while the material's weight provides a sturdy, quiet haven in high wind. Canvas is naturally heat-resistant, allowing many models to be safely fitted with a fire retardant flashing for wood-burning stoves to extend your camping season into the winter.
