The tent that changed camping - LATEST UPDATED MODEL - with extras. Comes as library pic below. A massive 8m x 5m, 2.2m high tent. 4 seperate double bedrooms (4 inner tents - can only put up 1 for example and have a massive living area), ideal for seperating you from the kids or sharing, not just a divider - like 4 seperate tents, 2 each side with a corridor down the middle - ideal to keep the teenagers away!

Room in the living area for sitting 8 -12 in comfort - could easily sleep way more than 8 if use the living area part. Bedroom tents have built in storage pockets inside and in the corridor part - very useful. Large front awning for cooking, sitting, fridges etc. More luxurious and spacious than most caravans.

See pics for size and layout - you can get a scale by seeing our Range Rover parked next to it! This is the later upgraded model, includes fully zipped door - the early made in pakistan ones have only 2 side zips so flies/foxes etc get in. 2 side doors, 1 large front door, all windows have curtains, flyscreens etc. Built in groundsheet - Seperate groundsheet for the front annex (we usually did not use as used as a cooking/fridge area and grass better) Large storage area at back for food etc. Includes what you see in the last pic - becomes like pic 2 no people obviously! Oval head pegs (for tarpaulin to go under tent without damaging tent). 2 x unused Repair Kits.

Does not include anything else shown in pics Fridge, Carpet, Kids, Cooker, Cars etc! Superb condition, used 3 times from memory, thought I saw one tiny hole in groundsheet (like a high heel hole) but I never found it again last time up, so may have been my old tent, or maybe me just being daft, and its far too large for my garden to put up.... Obviously it will show some wear as is not new.
