It's an absolutely lovely canvas palace that I've enjoyed immensely every time I've used it. Having to sell due to a change in my living situation - I desperately want to keep it but I simply have no space! All in excellent condition, ready for immediate use.

5m diameter and 3.5m tall. Can easily sleep 8 adults, and has tons of standing space.

Similar to a Tentipi Safir 9 in shape and size. Takes only 30 mins to put up by yourself with a bit of practice, even easier with 2 people. Single heavy-duty steel pole in 4 sections with lantern ring on one section, with heavy-duty rubber plugs for pole ends. Ultra tough heavy-duty fully waterproof groundsheet. Never had any damp or condensation come through even on wet Welsh and Scottish fields!

Heavy-duty canvas upper in a lovely light brown/tan shade. Incredibly waterproof, has kept me dry through downpours that lasted a week or more!

The thickness and colour of the canvas provide lovely shade in the morning so you're not immediately woken by the bright sun. Please note, as this is a canvas tent which has been stored dry, the fibres will have shrunk slightly and thus may let through a very small amount of water when it is first rained on.

This is totally normal and expected, and once the fibres have swollen again it will once again be completely waterproof. When pitched with all guy lines pulled tight, this tent can weather some really nasty storms - I've slept in it in 60mph winds with very heavy rain and not had even the slightest worry about the weather! Has a large double-breasted door with heavy-duty zips which, with both panels open, is 2.1m across at the bottom. Has a "witch's hat" vent at the top which is opened and closed by lines tied to its edge.

The tent has tie-off points all the way around for these lines so you can adjust the witch's hat wherever you want. Thanks to the chimney effect, if you open the witch's hat in the lee of the wind and have the bottom of the door slightly open, the air is drawn through the whole tent keeping it cool and breezy.

When closed, the witch's tent makes a totally waterproof cover. The groundsheet and upper zip together all around the edge with a large, very tough zip. This allows you to separate the two parts for easier pack-down and transport. The door sections can be unzipped from the groundsheet separately, allowing you to open either side alone or both sides at once. You can also fold the groundsheet back inside from the doors to create a "porch" area for storing wet boots.

Could easily accommodate a woodstove if you were to add a stove jack to the upper for the flue to come through. Comes with all necessary pegs - standard pegs for the groundsheet, heavy-duty rebar type pegs for the guy lines. Comes with ultra tough peg bag and pole bag made from the same material as the groundsheet, plus a large carry bag to fit all parts, made from the same canvas as the upper. Groundsheet is 11kg, upper is 14kg, poles & pegs come to 7.5kg, everything together in carry bag is about 35kg. Will be sent in 2 parcels due to 30kg parcel limit.
