Outwell Idaho L 6 berth tent

  

This my Outwell Idaho tent in good use condition. Probably one of the best tent layouts outwell produced and no wonder it became a favourite amongst families. See reviews on uk campsite website. There are inner sleeping pods at either end of the tent that sleep 3 each (more comfortably 2 in honesty) an enclosed front porch that comes with its own bath tub groundsheet that we used as a kitchen area and a large central living area.

The main tent has a sewn in ground sheet to keep out drafts and unwanted guests. As it is a steel poled tunnel tent it withstands the worst of all weathers and is very sturdy in wind. It takes two of us approx 40 minutes to erect and there are videos on line to show how easy it is.

In front of the bedroom areas there are two hanging points to store clothes and an area for dressing/storage. There is also a rear door for extra ventilation on hot days. All doors have fly screens so they can be open without the risk of insects flying in. The bundle comes with the must have fitted carpet to add that bit of luxury and also a footprint which helps with setting up and adds a layer of protection to the groundsheet. The tent has always been put away dry so no mould on roof or walls etc and stored in dry conditions.

One of the pole sleeves has had a repair and been fully waterproofed and caused no further issues (image 9). The roof cross pole anchor point seams have also been resealed and again have caused no issues since the reseal (image 10). There is a small patch covering a pin hole (image 11).

The tent was fabsil Gold sealed prior to its last use in 2019. Many years of family enjoyment left in it for the new owners.
