Outwell Indian Lake Tepee Tent. Used a couple of times a year over the last few years.

Very robust tent - loads of space and height. Two separate bedrooms, room at the front for seats/ table / storage etc.

Polycotton so is heavy but is more robust than the cheaper versions. Keeps you warmer when cold and vice versa! Easy to pitch - just me and my son did it on our own quite quickly.
