It has been the go to tent in bad weather on friend trips where ours was the only one that could fit 6 adults and 6 kids in for a couple of hours when the weather was too wet to do anything The bedrooms are comfortable for 2 adults each sue though officially it's 6 like most tents that's a sardine type sleeping arrangement?? we have had 2 teens and an under 10 and it's been ok. Plenty of windows and vents for air flow Never let us down even in the lakes "weather" The tent sale comes complete with a separate groundsheet A porch ground sheet Carpet come on! A bit of refinement can make a holiday! Floor mat Awning poles to create canopy with porch This tent is used and well loved and cared for There are for clarity Discolouration to the tent wall - I reproofed (Grangers) this approx 3 years ago and it's given a mottle appearance to the fabric which is noticeable from the inside there is no odour and it isn't mildew One of the tent pegs has a repair from the first year we went camping since then zero issues The inner bedroom zipper came off and I put it back the wrong way so put duct tape at the time to stop it coming off - until I got it repaired...

Though I never did It fastens but you do have to chase the zip if I had the patience I could do it.
