The condition of all of the items is "used" with a relatively low level of use. We have owned it for around 5 or so years and typically only used it locally for 1 week and 1 weekend each year and never had a problem with it. It has always been dried out before being packed away then stored in the house. All the zips work and there are no rips or tears. The final photo shows a couple of micro pin holes repaired and waterproofed after taking the photo.

The tent was entirely waterproofed with fabsil in June 2021. These are actual recent photos of the tent taken specifically for the listing.
