Outwell Newgate 5 large five man tent used once

  
This tent was bought in 2014 and used for just one weekend in Brighton and has been packed up since. There will be some dirt marks but otherwise it is in excellent condition.

It is a large heavy-duty tent. There is a lot of information online about this tent including videos. Rolled up carpet (as Outwell call it) for the living area. It is more of a mat with a pvc backing.

Footprint to go under the ground sheet to keep it clean. There's also a mallet. Collection only I'm afraid - too heavy and too big to post economically. The tent is in Ipswich but I frequently travel between there and Watford so I'll happily meet to handover on route A12 Ipswich to M25; M25 J28-21; A120, A10, A414 Braintree, Bishops Stortford, Hertford, Hatfield, St Albans...
