Poles are attached to sleeves in tent, so you can save precious time when pitching. Dismantling is equally as rapid. To store the tent in the cover, simply attach the poles together in elastics (once folded), fold up the tent until it's roughly the width of the cover and then tightly roll up the tent and poles. Quechua tents are validated in the laboratory (tent mounted under 200 litres/metre² per hour for 4 hours, the equivalent of a tropical rainfall), as well as in field test missions. 40 denier polyester (PE) flysheet, coated polyurethane (inside) & silicone (outside), 75D polyester ground sheet.

Seams sealed with heat-sealed strips. Room in PE 40D breathable and water-repellent, partly made of mosquito net, to avoid contact with condensation drops. We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a rotating platform where we can expose each side of the tent to the wind. To test its wind resistance, the tent must be properly pitched, taut but not stretched, with all the guy ropes in position around the tent. It should remain habitable at wind speeds of 70km/h, measured near ground level.

Room partly covered with mosquito net for ventilation and partly covered with water-repellent fabric to protect against condensation and draughts. Large vent at front of tent's fly sheet and additional vent at feet end. To reduce condensation inside your tent, it must be properly assembled, with the fabric kept taut without over-stretching. The use of ventilation and good air circulation limits the humidity inside your tent. The flysheet fabric filters UV rays with an UPF of 30. Please note: A large amount of UV rays can pass through an open door. Complete tent made out of 20% recycled material, reduces the environmental impact of the product. Flysheet made out of 50% recycled materials. The bedroom is made of a "mass dyed" component that reduces the amount of water used. The poles are colored thanks to an innovative anodising which eliminates the use of nitric and phosphoric acids.
