The outer tent with 5000 mm water column made of 100% Nylon RipStop 240T 40D is PU-coated from the inside and insulated with silicone from the outside.

In contrast to other coatings, siliconizing increases the tear strength and UV protection of the fabric and is therefore used particularly for tents made of very thin, lightweight high-performance fabrics.
