7.95 m x 5m. Spacious living area it's huge! 4 x pod bedrooms (each pod can sleep 2 people). Separate carpet map (keeps tent warm). 2 double inflatable air beds. 2 single foam roll mats. It's pretty heavy so collection only I'm afraid.

Used for the last 5 years. Good condition and stored indoors when not in use. Collection from SE2 (Abbey Wood) in London.
